What this covers
This policy covers the Skin Savvy AI website, including the free demo scan and pre-booking. The Skin Savvy AI app inside a Shopify store shows its own notice in that store.
Your photo
- Your face is found and measured on your own device. The full photo is never uploaded or stored by us.
- Only small skin crops — with eyes and lips blanked out — are sent to an AI service provider for a double-check. They are processed and then discarded.
- So you can see your marked photo again on My scan, a copy is kept only in your own browser. Deleting your scan removes it.
What we keep
- Your scan result: the measurements, plain-words results, routine and photo checks — no photo — linked to a random private identifier in a secure browser cookie. No account or sign-in is needed.
- Pre-booking: your name if given, brand name, monthly sales range, email and phone, used only to contact you about Skin Savvy AI.
Deleting your data
On My scan, choose “Delete my scan”. Clearing your cookies also removes your access to it. To delete a pre-booking, email suganyanivas2k@gmail.com.
Cookies and storage
We use only what's needed: the private scan cookie, your demo cart and your saved scan in your browser. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.
